Job Responsibilities
   1) Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party
   2) Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices
   3) Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems
   4) Prepare bills and take payments
   5) Deal with complaints or problems
   6) Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
   7) Schedule and confirm appointments and maintain event calendars
   8) Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
   9) Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
  10) Should handle front desk efficiently

Job Responsibilities:

   1) Filling of preauthorization form :- Providing medical history, diagnosis and treatment details to the insurance companies in order to obtain the cashless medi-claim facility for the patient.

   2) Counseling to patient & relatives at the time of admission regarding insurance process, room capping, policy coverage, NME, non payable amounts etc.

   3) Coordinating with consultants, TPA (Third party administrator) and patients for clinical queries.

   4) Coordinating with Billing Dept regarding preparing bill according to SOC. 

   5) Coordinating, directing and controlling the supportive staff.

   6) Expanding the business by ensuring the more number of tie –up with the TPA, Corporate and Insurance companies.

   7) Looking for claim settlement as per approval.

   8) Checking approval as per agreed tarrif and hospital discount is deducted correctly or not , coordinate accordingly.

   9) Taking follow with TPA for outstanding payment.
